Don’t forget traffic when managing your blog

Amazing targeted traffic can be the crux of your blog business growth. As your blog gain additional traffic and grow, they are often faced with expanding your time to manage the site in hours, adding additional language support, faster hosting speed and hiring prominent blog writers (be in freelance or full-time) all in an effort to consistently exceed your reader expectations.

Here are several tips to help you effectively expand your traffic, and your entire blog networks (if you have one) with it:

• Hire good blog writer. Look for those who have good problem-solving skills and are enthusiastic, friendly, intelligent, and know in-depth about “blogging-for-money industry. If you manage to get one who is popular in the industry to review your site, it will definitely bring your some quality traffic.

• Invest in ads advertising programs if you could afford such as Adwords & Kontera. Provide ongoing advertising that focuses on your niche of your blog and other types of reader interactions such as managing their comments.

• Empower and reward readers. Give readers the power to make their mind even if you are not total agree with the statement that you are putting on your blog. Let them decide. Example, you may engage more polls to trigger traffic driven from which to make their decisions. Most importantly, reward the behavior that you want repeated.

• Get readers or other bloggers feedback. Ask them how you are doing, and listen with the goal of employing their feedback.
