Nap during mid-day is good for you

It’s actually make me more curious about how to take a quality nap, how long do I need, and most important when should I take it. However, after reading through it, I find myself in between of a LARN and OWL.
So what am I? A lizard, I guess!!
PS: In order to have more productivity on my blogging life, I think I should sleep at around 2-4am and 1-3pm, just good to cover my “intense sleepiness”.
